Reporting a player, and the rules
October 09, 2026 · 13:57
You can now report a chat line, a letter or a player, and the game has a page of rules and a page about your privacy.
Chat
- Each line has a menu behind the three dots at its end, which works on phones as well as with a mouse. Mute and Report are in it
- Opening the menu highlights the line it is for
- Web addresses can no longer be posted in chat or in letters
Reporting
- Report a chat line from its menu, a letter from your mailbox, or a player from their profile
- Choose what is wrong, add a note if you like, and you see a page saying it was sent
- Anybody without an account can report a problem by email, from the link at the bottom of the public pages
Rules and privacy
- A rules page says what is not allowed, what happens when a rule is broken, and how to appeal or complain
- A privacy page says what the game keeps about you, who else handles it, and for how long
- Both are linked from sign-in, sign-up and the bottom of the public pages
- A banned player's name is no longer shown anywhere in the game
